My question is whether other crafters experience this or am I just a lazy so & so who needs a push to get things done ! Sent via my iPhone

Where is my umph ?
I am currently waiting for my crafting enthusiasm to return. During
the day, when I am running around being a mum and housewife etc, I
have a real sense of wanting to bead. Then, as soon as I put the kids
to bed my enthusiasm plummets and I find myself plonked infront of the
tv watching some interesting but not at all necessary ch 4 documentary
such as Embarrasing bodies, Relocation, Super nanny etc!

Hope you find your umph!
same here, but if i push myself to sit and bead sometimes i end up taking everything apart because i don't like it lol
I am completely the same! Always want to craft when I can't, then when I have the time, I am too tired, wish we could find a solution - then we could take over the world! x
comments section obviously up and running now, well done
joyknitt
me too Lisa but I might find some oommpphh if I tied up my workroom
that's me sitting there next to you on the sofa lisa trying to grab a piece of your chocolate. reading other people's blogs i think its happening to quite a few of us, i just don't have the time during the day or the enthusiasm during the evening, i'm hoping that once this nice wether is here for keeps we will all start feeling better and brighter and our creative umph will show its "pretty" head!!!!
I get that all the time! Couldn't wait to get home to bead and then lost all enthusiasm, despite having two projects ready to go and a wigjig just arrived! I think kits are a good idea at those times- just finished a beaded bail kit and found a new love for delicas :)
I feel the same way, I only have enthusiasm for commissions and forums. But without making new stuff for shops no one will know what I make!! I am the same as Ollee, I too have gone back to seed beads as I can sit and watch the same unecessary t.v as you Lisa!
